Chairman
Stephen P. Donaldson serves as Chairman of the Board of Fortress Family Office Group, LLC. Since his graduation from Wayne State University in Detroit in 1967, Mr. Donaldson has been immersed in the financial services business both in the U.S. and abroad. Over the last forty years, Mr. Donaldson has co-founded two trust companies and three insurance companies, all of which are successfully engaged in business today. Over the last decade he has become widely known as one of the leading proponents of coordinating U.S. planning techniques with the utilization of international planning strategies to solve tax and asset protection problems. As one of the founders of Fortress, Mr. Donaldson's business model seeks to provide to families with $5 - $150 million, the same level of coordinated and comprehensive planning normally reserved for much wealthier families. He has lectured around the world on a wide variety of subjects, including Internal Revenue Service and U.S. Treasury Department requirements in international planning. |

Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Crithfield is one of the founders of Fortress Trust Services. Mr. Crithfield specializes in working with foreign and domestic trust companies, attorneys, CPAs and financial advisors to implement and maintain U.S. compliant structures. Mr. Crithfield earned both a Bachelor of Science degree and Master of Science degree at the University of Tennessee.

Board Member
Christopher D. Donaldson serves on the Board of Directors for Fortress Family Office Group, LLC, an international financial services firm specializing in wealth accumulation and preservation. Prior to joining Fortress, Mr. Donaldson spent the last decade as President of an international financial services firm involved in the use of U.S. compliant international asset protection and tax minimization strategies.

Board Member
Mr. Crithfield is a graduate of the University of Nebraska having obtained a Masters in Administration. He served as an officer in the U.S. Army and subsequently as a reserve officer. Mr. Crithfield began his business career as an investment officer for a major Midwest regional bank and was actively involved in numerous leveraged buyouts. In the following years, Mr. Crithfield founded a U.S. based consulting firm specializing in international financial services. Mr. Crithfield works closely with many Caribbean governments advising on the laws and regulations concerning banks, trust companies and insurance companies. He assists governments in reviewing existing and proposed legislation that affects financial institutions.

Sr. Vice President, Director Fortress Consulting Services, LLC
Stan Padgett is a Florida attorney whose practice has been concentrated in the fields of securities law, construction law, and business litigation. In recent years, he has focused specifically on the areas of international asset protection and tax planning, and has lectured nationally and internationally on those subjects. Mr. Padgett graduated with honors from Duke University School of Law in 1982. He is a member of The Florida Bar, and is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, several U.S. Courts of Appeal, and several U.S. District Courts.

Senior Advisor
Shane McGuire, Senior Advisor for Fortress Family Advisors, LLC, is responsible for enlisting new associates and providing initial training and ongoing assistance. In 1985, after serving in the US Navy and earning a degree in Business Administration, Mr. McGuire started a career in Banking and Finance. In 1992 Shane left his position as a branch manager for First Union Bank in Lakeland, Florida to partner with his father, Mike, servicing non-US Trustees. McGuire is 42 and married to Rene', who is also a professional in the financial services industry. They have one child, a son named Michael Caleb.

Vice President, Operations
Ms. Lamothe has twenty-five years of experience in the life insurance industry and holds a Fellow Life Management Institute (FLMI) designation from the international insurance and financial services industry Life Office Management Association (LOMA). Her career began as an underwriting assistant for a financial planning company. Ms. Lamothe then managed the life and disability insurance department for an independent insurance agency.
Most recently, she served as Assistant Vice President for one of the premier life insurance advisory companies in the world, where her duties included the implementation, service and administration of executive non-qualified benefit plans for corporate clients.
Ms. Lamothe works with the Chief Operating Officer supporting and organizing the day-to-day activities of Fortress Family Office Group.

Controller
Toni Brady is Controller for Fortress Family Office Group. Ms. Brady’s previous work experience includes two years in private accounting for a dialysis company where her service focused on Accounts Receivable, General Ledger accounting and internal audit functions.
Toni’s primary responsibilities at Fortress Family Office Group are concentrated on overseeing staff through the preparation of client financial statements, deposits and wire transfers, while coordinating with international and domestic insurance and trust companies. Ms. Brady earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from St. Leo University in 2000 and furthered her studies to earn an MBA degree from St. Leo in 2006. |
